Founded by Jeffrey Morin in March 2017, Kanekt 365 began its journey by providing call center services tailored for the pizza industry. Partnering with Modood Ahmed, President of Tribe Consulting BPO, which has offices in Pakistan, Dubai, and USA, they gained invaluable insights from their collaboration. This knowledge ultimately led them to the inception of EZRA AI.
In 2019, Jeffrey sought to integrate conversational AI into their services but quickly discovered that few providers met the necessary standards, and even fewer had undergone rigorous testing. After extensive research, Jeffrey and Modood identified Voix as the superior solution. The three founders of Voix brought years of experience from industry giants like Tesla, Google, and Amazon (AWS Division), particularly from their AI divisions.
To their surprise, Jeffrey learned that Voix was available for acquisition. Following several strategic planning sessions with Modood and GurPreet Tuteja, the founder of Voix, they made a compelling offer. On August 2, 2022, Jeffrey and Modood successfully acquired Voix and rebranded the company as EZRA AI Technologies Inc. CallThru will be controlled through EZRA AI.
